KATTENA Return Policy

At KATTENA, we strive to offer the highest quality jewelry products and exceptional service. Below is our policy:

1. Exchanges & Returns

  • Exchanges: You may request an exchange within the first 10 calendar days after delivery, whether due to defects or for any other reason, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within the first 10 calendar days only if the product has manufacturing defects or was incorrectly shipped.

⚠️ All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

 

2. Manufacturing Warranty – 30 Days

   All our products include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If you detect any issue within this period, please contact us so we can evaluate your case and provide a solution, which may include repair, exchange, or replacement of the product.

 

3. Exceptions

   Exchanges or returns do not apply in the following cases:

  • Personalized products, made to order, or engraved items.

  • Products purchased on clearance or at a discount..

  • Jewelry that has been used or altered after purchase.

4. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  • Email us at estilos@kattena.mx with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and product photos.

  • We will evaluate your request within 3 business days.

  • If approved, we will send you the return instructions at no cost.

  • Once we receive the product, we will process the exchange or corresponding refund.

    5. Additional Information

    • Exchanges for any reason are only accepted within the first 10 calendar days after delivery.

    • If a defect is detected after the first 10 days, you may use the warranty within 30 calendar days of delivery.

    • We recommend checking your product upon receipt and contacting us as soon as possible to provide you with the best service.


      6. Refunds

      • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

      • If approved, the amount will be automatically processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

       📌 Please note that processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and may take a few additional days.

      • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at estilos@kattena.mx.
